The United States of America protects the Citizen's home from illegal searches and seizures on their property. The United States government without probable cause is not allowed to enter your home and search the premises without a search warrant from a U.S. court. Although the court system and a judicial system is politically motivated and politically based and therefore politically corrupted as well, we still have been able to maintain this rule. Nevertheless there are issues with pleasure boat craft, which are bordered by the U.S. Coast Guard and searched.

The U.S. Coast Guard says that it has the right to do this because you are on public waters. However, this inconvenience and disruption is simply not right. First of all they scare all the fish away when you are fishing and that is not fair and secondly the other day I was with a friend on our way to dinner and we were stopped and boarded.

It only took fifteen minutes total from start to finish, however we almost missed our dinner appointment and a very popular and expensive restaurant. I felt a little uneasy when my vessel was boarded by a bunch of 23-year-olds wearing machine guns. And they put boot scuffmarks on the deck.

If you really cared about international terrorism you would secure our borders and you would have nuked the Taliban and the whole country of Afghanistan, this is a joke.
