China is unbalancing the planet with its new dam project. How can this be you ask? Well, simple because the trillions and trillions and trillions of gallons of water will be held up in the region by the giant dam project. Each Gallon weighs 8.2 pounds and that amount of weight will affect plate tectonic movement and that means more earthquakes, volcanoes and possibly a slight unbalancing of the planet. Many scientists say this will not be very much and very unnoticeable. Even the Indonesia earthquake, which created the giant Tsunami only changed the earth's rotation timing by a fraction of the second. Nevertheless, it did change and China's giant dam project will unbalance the planet slightly and that could either be a good thing or a bad thing and should be something we should consider. China needs the water to its largest cities and is using the dam do this, but if it causes too many earthquakes and unbalances the planet then we will need a UN Resolution to get them to remove that dam or we will need to take out that dam immediately. That is to say if this causes an unbalancing of the Planet then we will have no choice but to act as a World Leadership issue. In fact if we ever go to war with China that dam must be our first target and they must know we will not hesitate for one minute to take out that dam. So in the future the removal of that dam via weapons must be considered and we need a strike plan in place just in case. No I am not advocating war anymore than the Chinese General that said if we intervene in China's attempt at re-unification that China will retaliate against the US with nuclear weapons. If they did that WOW, I guess this article makes a lot of sense then doesn't it? Either way that risky damn project was a tactical error in every regard and makes China vulnerable to too many unnecessary possibilities and future ramification; therefore it was a seriously very bad idea. Consider all this in 2006. |
